Return and exchange policy: Returns and exchanges must be made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order. We will bear the shipping costs in case of any problem with the product or incorrect shipment. If the order has been paid and the customer refuses to receive it, a fee of 30 Riyals for preparation and 23 Riyals for shipping will be deducted. If only the order has been prepared, only the 30 Riyals preparation fee will be deducted. We have the right to refuse the return of the product as long as it does not violate the conditions. If the return is approved, the other party will bear the following: 1- 30 Riyals preparation fee 2- 23 Riyals shipping fee 3- 25 Riyals return costs. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the store's right, after verifying the product's safety by the store in accordance with the store's monthly balance. In case the customer is unavailable to receive the order due to reasons beyond their control, such as not answering the mobile phone, re-shipping fees will be applied. The consumer does not have the right to replace or return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, CDs, or software that have been used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
